Welcome
brave adventurers to the Hero's Guild! Here you will discover bravery,
self reliance, team work, problem solving and conflict resolution. You
will tap into parts of you you didn't know you had and will expand on
the parts that are best about you! Best yet, you will do all of this
through fantasy adventures - both Table Top and in REAL LIFE! Our day
will be divided into 2 sessions. Heroes may decide to go to one or both!
Session 1 - Live Adventure Camp 9am until 12 noon $200 per Hero
The Hero's
day starts with immersive adventure where they will take on the role of a
character in a mythical world full of knights, monsters, puzzles,
physical and mental challenges. This is often referred to as LARPing -
Live Action Role Playing. Heroes will learn to do safe non scripted
combat with soft foam weapons. They will learn other physical skills
like throwing (safe) axes and shooting (safe) arrows.
They will
work with other heroes to solve puzzles and test their dexterity
overcoming physical obstacles. They will even learn some skills like
making chain mail armor and leather crafts. Sometimes they will even
perform the role of monsters that other heroes will have to defeat or as
innocent villagers other heroes will have to help! No matter what their
role that day, they will be flexing their actual and mental muscles all
session long!

Session 2 - Heroes Guild Table Top Roleplaying 1pm until 4pm $150 per Hero
Whether you have played before or havn't yet our skilled Dungeon Masters will keep you excited and ready to adventure!
Heroes
will be divided by age and/or skill level and will spend the week
developing characters and indulging in imaginative role playing.
Absolutely no experience is necessary- just the ability to read and do
simple math!
Each
Dungeon Master will emphasize creative problem solving, team work and
character development. Heroes will learn the mechanics of the game and
be gifted their own set of role playing dice to keep!
