add UV Design

This is a great new option - only offered by Oneail FX!

The paint we use is invisible under normal lighting but glows white under uv blacklight. Its effectively gives you two masks in one! Have a character talk benignly to guests under normal light then step under a blacklight to reveal their sinister side!

Skulls and scary faces are normal. Please let us know what design you'd like.
